• Develop and improve the Quality Management System and manufacturing quality processes
• lead NADCAP preparation and audit readiness
• review contracts and specifications
• develop quality plans and controls
• coordinate MRR and VRR workflows
• analyze defects, nonconformances, audits, and quality data
• redesign procedures and preventive controls
• conduct audits
• guide and train inspectors
• collaborate with internal departments and suppliers.
