Builder Starts Coordinator

The Builder Starts Coordinator role is office-based in Phoenix, AZ, with pay of $20–$23 per hour. The role validates and routes incoming starts, documents handoffs, and identifies recurring intake issues to improve accuracy and workflow.

What you'll do

• Receive, log, validate, and route builder starts across assigned programs
• confirm starts against current contracts, packages, pricing rules, and required documentation
• maintain an intake queue and identify incomplete, duplicate, conflicting, or out-of-program starts
• document handoffs to Order Service representatives
• preserve source records
• and report recurring intake defects and builder-document issues.
