What you'll do

• Greet residents and assist visitors, prospective residents, and families
• answer telephone calls
• as needed, monitor surveillance cameras, alarms, and life safety systems and investigate unusual activity
• process work order, incident, and concern reports
• receive and deliver or hold packages and other items as requested
• maintain sign-in/out logs for community keys and gate passes
• assist other departments with administrative functions
• follow up on resident, family, and employee concerns.
