Label Room Clerk — Second Shift

The Label Room Clerk — Second Shift role is onsite in Lebanon, PA, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 4:00 PM to 12:30 AM; overtime and weekend availability may be needed. Pay is $19.50 per hour. The role supports production operations by keeping product labeling accurate and label inventory controlled. The clerk prints, verifies, and issues labels to production lines, tracks label stock in the Warehouse Management System, conducts monthly inventory audits, and maintains secure room operations. Coordination with Production, IT, and Quality Control helps ensure accurate labeling and smooth shift transitions.

What you'll do

• Print, verify, and issue product and barcode labels according to customer specifications and GMP standards
• track and adjust label inventory in the WMS
• conduct monthly inventory audits
• secure the label room
• report discrepancies to Quality Control
• coordinate with Production, IT, and Quality teams.
