Partial Hospitalization Therapist

What you'll do

• Provide primarily group psychotherapy, with individual and family psychotherapy as time permits
• conduct diagnostic interviews and intake evaluations as assigned under licensed-psychologist supervision
• assist the psychiatrist with medication monitoring
• maintain case notes, files, treatment plans, reviews, revisions, and authorizations
• participate in chart reviews and audits
• consult with the treatment team and external providers
• attend weekly supervision and mandatory meetings
• support transitions between levels of care.
