What you'll do

• Perform phases of electric line construction, operation, maintenance, and service work
• work aloft on poles, towers, and structures by climbing or using a bucket truck
• interpret field prints and switching diagrams
• follow electrical safety practices
• complete required line-worker training if hired as a Ground Technician.

Why this role

A current Line Technician A is preferred. A valid Class A CDL and Medical Examiner’s Certificate are required or must be obtained; the posting requires on-call availability and residency within 30 minutes of the reporting station under normal conditions within 90 days of hire, unless otherwise approved.
