What you'll do

• Harvest and perform initial processing of product
• remove leaves before harvest
• monitor and control dry rooms
• weigh and package fresh or frozen flower
• buck, weigh, bag, tag, and label product
• hand-select product for size, quality, and appearance
• maintain a clean and safe workspace and equipment
• report quality-control issues
• maintain accurate harvest and processing records
• follow hygiene, sanitation, and compliance policies.
