What you'll do

• Lead fundraising strategy and programs
• oversee development communications, proposals, marketing materials, and press releases
• coordinate planned giving, donor relations, capital campaigns, major gifts, board development, special events, advisory organizations, and grants
• prepare short- and long-range plans
• cultivate donors and prospects
• manage development staff
• advise and train divisional locations and boards
• oversee social media and website management
• report to the Command Finance Council.
