Project Accountant – Construction

What you'll do

• Manage project billing, including AIA applications and progress billings
• track labor, material costs, and job financials
• maintain contracts, change orders, lien waivers, and compliance forms
• monitor subcontractor insurance certificates, onboarding materials, and contract terms
• follow up on outstanding invoices and assist with collections
• support monthly WIP reporting
• collaborate with project management, field operations, and finance
• contribute to improvements in job cost tracking and financial documentation.
