Compensation is not specified. The Service Specialist I role is onsite in Richardson, TX, with a Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. schedule and rotating on-call duty. Pediatric Home Service supports medically complex children and their families at home through services including infusion, clinical nutrition, respiratory therapy, private duty nursing, and durable medical equipment. The specialist coordinates timely home deliveries, supports initial oxygen and durable medical equipment setup, and records customer interactions. The role also helps maintain company vehicles and assists with warehouse and equipment processing as needed.

What you'll do

• Establish and maintain relationships with patients, families, caregivers, and employees
• schedule and make deliveries to patients’ homes
• confirm deliveries and report potentially unsafe conditions
• perform and instruct initial oxygen and some durable medical equipment setup
• enter customer visits, conversations, and follow-ups
• coordinate company vehicle maintenance
• assist with warehouse duties and equipment processing
• estimate drive times and manage time efficiently.

Why this role

High school diploma or GED, two or more years of related experience or equivalent combination; valid state driver's license with clean record. Durable medical equipment experience preferred.
