What you'll do

• Support project managers with administrative functions across project phases
• create, maintain, and distribute project documentation
• prepare correspondence and project documents
• track project status and data
• maintain filing systems and the NEST operations portal
• communicate with project teams, owners, contractors, subcontractors, and vendors
• update project data in accounting systems
• manage Procore and Bluebeam sessions
• organize contract documents
• assist with procurement, vendor requests for proposals, and work-pack tracking
• provide reception and other administrative support.
