What you'll do

• Prepare and review financial statements and monthly journal entries
• assist with month-end close
• reconcile general ledger and sub-ledger accounts
• research discrepancies and post adjusting entries
• assist with operating and capital budgets
• analyze actual-to-budget variances
• maintain checkbook and cash controls
• provide reporting support to department managers
• assist with financial, benefits plan, and workers' compensation audits and income tax return preparation.
