What you'll do

• Oversee assigned client accounts to support customer satisfaction and retention
• collaborate with Operations on inbound and outbound activity
• work with Commercial Sales to enhance service opportunities
• coordinate with Accounting on P&L, billing, and inventory
• manage bills of lading, inventory control, reports, and related data
• process operational paperwork including FOT, rent invoices, balance rent invoices, and SPE/Inbound
• support other assigned projects. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least four years of inventory/warehouse coordination experience or demonstrated account management and customer service skills, strong organization and time management, negotiation and communication skills, multitasking under pressure, and proficiency with office and inventory software. Additional hours may be required.
