This role exists to provide high-quality outpatient individual and family therapy to clients. The therapist contributes to the team by conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary group of professionals to foster client healing and resilience.

What you'll do

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments
• provide tailored outpatient individual and family therapy
• develop comprehensive crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans
• participate in case consultations and agency meetings
• complete billing and documentation
• engage in collaborative care with psychiatrists and other staff.
