The Direct Support Professional, Supported Living Services role is onsite in Davis, CA; pay is $18.25–$19 per hour. Vision Life provides support to adults with physical and developmental disabilities, with assignments that may include Sacramento and Fair Oaks. The role assists clients with daily living while supporting independence, community participation, and social activities. Following person-centered plans and routines, documenting services, and communicating with clients, families, and the team help provide consistent, safe support; medication assistance is performed only when trained and authorized.

What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, dressing, hygiene, and daily living activities
• support independence, community outings, and social activities
• follow person-centered plans, behavioral strategies, and routines
• provide encouragement and positive redirection
• complete service documentation
• assist with medications when trained and authorized
• maintain a clean, comfortable, and safe home environment
• communicate with clients, families, supervisors, and team members
• help cover backup or on-call shifts based on availability.
