What you'll do

• Conduct in-home consultations
• present interior and exterior painting solutions
• close jobs, often during the same visit
• work company-generated leads and build a pipeline in residential neighborhoods
• represent K&H professionally
• manage schedule and territory
• track leads and job status on a company-provided iPad
• participate in 30/60/90-day performance checkpoints
• and follow the sales system and coaching.
