What you'll do

• Enter samples into the CRM system
• manage incoming and outgoing couriers and process return samples
• provide courier backup by picking up and dropping off client samples
• support the Customer Service team and intercompany departments
• assist at the receptionist desk, answer incoming calls, and support customers.
