What you'll do

• Collect and secure rental and utility payments
• make and verify bank deposits
• deliver late-rent notices and contact residents with unpaid rent
• assist with eviction procedures
• use property management software
• prepare accounting records and reports
• assist with leasing
• meet with residents about delinquencies or occupancy issues
• review service requests for timely completion
• support the Property Manager and team
• report unusual circumstances
• follow company policies and practices.
