What you'll do

• Direct team members on safe work, line setup, paperwork, job responsibilities, cleanliness, and production quality
• follow safety protocols
• support line samples and team-member training
• check in with team members
• communicate line breakdowns to Maintenance
• assist the Supervisor with process improvements
• provide backup coverage as needed
• control packaging-material and finished-goods inventory
• maintain cleanliness and comply with GMP standards.
