Inside Sales Representative

What you'll do

• Serve as primary contact for assigned accounts by phone and email
• process and confirm orders in the ERP system
• coordinate with production, planning, shipping, and logistics
• provide pricing, availability, lead times, and order updates
• resolve customer questions and escalate technical issues
• process returns, order changes, and credits
• maintain CRM records
• contact existing and prospective customers
• follow up on leads and trade show inquiries
• support outside sales with quotes and product information
• assist with distributor and OEM onboarding
• develop knowledge of industrial electrical products and coordinate custom configurations with technical sales staff.
