Maintenance Worker

What you'll do

• Perform routine facility and vehicle maintenance and repairs
• assist with carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, HVAC, and general repair projects
• mow, trim, remove debris, and complete seasonal grounds upkeep
• remove snow and apply ice melt
• inspect vehicles and report repair needs
• keep facilities clean and safe
• track maintenance activities and equipment records as assigned.
