Business Analyst 4 – Change Management

Job overview

What you'll do

• Support DDI projects and MES operations and maintenance
• process and track project requests and deliverables
• log and route documents for review
• coordinate approvals and rejections across vendors and internal teams
• maintain databases, tracking logs, repositories, and version-controlled documentation
• serve as a central IT contact for change management coordination
• coordinate with the PMO
• support release readiness
• apply change management methods
• prepare status reports and respond to inquiries
• participate throughout the SDLC.
