What you'll do

• Review accounts from system queues, review lists, or task batches and determine the next action
• apply coding and documentation for closures, settlements, and special-handling matters
• process settlement approvals and documentation updates
• verify account-closure eligibility and required documentation
• manage special-handling claims according to client instructions and escalation guidelines
• use multiple software systems and workflow tools
• meet accuracy, productivity, and quality benchmarks
• collaborate with operations, compliance, and management
• communicate discrepancies and clarification needs
• participate in training, cross-training, and process-improvement efforts.
