What you'll do

• Serve as the primary HR partner for assigned communities
• coach leaders on employee relations, performance, attendance, and policy matters
• support recruiting, offers, screening, and onboarding
• maintain HRIS, payroll, benefits, and personnel records
• administer benefits, leave, and accommodations
• coordinate workers’ compensation and return-to-work processes
• prepare workforce reports
• support audits and compliance
• train community staff on HR processes
• monitor and audit community practices.
