What you'll do

• Define portfolio culinary philosophy and menu strategies
• develop restaurant and bar concepts
• establish culinary standards and lead awards-readiness efforts
• visit and audit properties
• oversee food safety, sanitation, and allergen programs
• manage food costs, labor productivity, budgets, forecasting, pricing, and P&L reviews
• direct menu engineering and purchasing
• build supplier relationships
• advance sustainability and responsible sourcing
• coach culinary leaders
• partner on recruiting and retention
• and lead culinary planning for openings, renovations, and launches.
