What you'll do

• Enter, process, and maintain accounts payable transactions
• record and reconcile company credit card transactions
• research and help resolve accounting discrepancies and documentation issues
• maintain vendor records, invoices, and financial files
• provide general accounting and administrative support
• assist with special projects as needed
• maintain a clean, organized, confidential work environment
