What you'll do

• Lead the school’s strategic vision and academic planning
• develop and evaluate programs
• grow enrollment, particularly in MBA and graduate offerings
• align programs with regional workforce needs
• build relationships with employers, alumni, civic organizations, and donors
• lead the Business Advisory Council
• recruit, develop, evaluate, and retain faculty
• oversee academic assessment and continuous improvement
• direct department chairs and staff
• manage budgets and resources
• maintain accreditation and regulatory compliance
• serve on the Council of Deans.
