What you'll do

• Support FDA, USDA, SQF, customer, and company requirements
• maintain food safety, sanitation, maintenance, and quality procedures and training
• review raw material, packaging, and finished-product documentation
• investigate complaints and nonconformances
• conduct root cause analysis and support CAPAs
• review records and labels
• maintain ingredient, nutrition, and allergen specifications
• coordinate supplier documentation
• participate in audits and train employees as needed.

Why this role

A bachelor’s degree in food science, microbiology, public health, or a related field and HACCP and PCQI certification are required. English-Spanish bilingual ability is preferred.
