What you'll do

• Oversee thermal testing for global product lines
• lead thermal data testing and support development of theoretical models and performance rating programs
• plan prototype testing and interpret data
• analyze performance concepts and prepare project reports
• support new product introduction and prototype testing
• oversee annual CTI recertification tests
• represent the organization at relevant industry committees and events
• improve laboratory processes, systems, and procedures
• support customer performance verification and field installation, testing, and troubleshooting
• train and guide laboratory personnel as needed.
