What you'll do

• Watch for security breaches, facility and safety hazards, and emergencies
• promptly contact the appropriate supervisor or manager about incidents. Monitor for unauthorized persons and policy violations, approach suspicious persons or notify police as appropriate, patrol assigned areas, prepare routine reports, and provide escorts as necessary. May provide specialized security in complex operational areas. Periodically check assigned safety equipment and report malfunctions.
