The Clinical Technology Service Technician - California Territory role is a remote field position serving a defined territory; candidates must reside in California. What you'll do

• Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on STERIS and competitor medical equipment, systems, and components
• plan preventive maintenance, service and warranty calls, installations, and field upgrades
• engage Technical Support, Engineering, and Service Contract Management to resolve issues
• document and close service activities using technology platforms
• educate customers on findings and present pricing and repair options
• support multiple facilities across the assigned territory
• identify sales leads as part of territory work.
