What you'll do

• Evaluate mental health diagnoses and create and implement treatment plans
• complete ongoing diagnosis, treatment-plan reviews, case notes, and session documentation
• use interventions to help clients achieve goals
• coordinate services with case managers, families, work and medical personnel, clinic staff, and school staff as needed
• attend clinical meetings and trainings
• maintain a minimum of 25 client visits weekly for full-time status.
