What you'll do
- Represent biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and life sciences companies in technology transactions
- draft, review, and negotiate licensing, collaboration, and commercial partnering agreements
- advise on patent and intellectual-property licensing and commercialization
- support transactions involving clinical development and regulatory approval
- work with founders and emerging companies
- and collaborate with attorneys across practice areas.
