Nursing Staffing Coordinator

What you'll do

• Oversee the assigned building's daily schedule for approximately 200 employees
• manage open shifts using Paylocity Scheduling Plus
• communicate staffing needs to nursing leadership
• create schedule templates
• update daily PPD and master schedule reports
• coordinate schedules with new hires
• attend recruiting and retention meetings
• identify vacancies and report them to the Director of Nursing and Administrator
• check in with units and ensure daily RN coverage
• participate in an on-call rotation with two other schedulers.

Why this role

High school diploma or GED required; a bachelor's degree in healthcare management or a similar field and healthcare scheduling experience are preferred. Paylocity scheduling software experience is preferred.
