Maintenance Technician

What you'll do

• Prioritize and complete maintenance work orders
• assist other technicians and the supervisor
• perform general HVAC, electrical, drywall, plumbing, flooring, and appliance maintenance
• complete scheduled preventive maintenance
• provide emergency maintenance and security support, including stated on-call duties
• assist with lawn care, snow removal, landscaping, and gutter cleaning
• operate groundskeeping equipment
• and assist with custodial duties or special projects as needed.
