The role exists to maintain high standards of service quality for portable sanitation equipment. The technician conducts quality control audits, assists with driver training, and serves as a primary point of contact for customer service issues to ensure project success.

What you'll do

• Conduct quality control audits on portable restrooms and equipment
• assist with accident investigations and safety meetings
• serve as a resource for drivers regarding vehicle issues
• act as a primary contact for customer service issues
• assist with driver training
• perform daily vehicle inspections
• operate service trucks to and from work sites
• maintain truck logs
• follow safety regulations.
