The Carepartner/Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) role is onsite in New Orleans, LA, on a full-time evening schedule of 32 hours per week. What you'll do

• Recognize and respond to elders’ needs
• promote autonomy in decision-making
• maintain confidentiality
• communicate with coworkers and meet with nurses and care team members
• observe, monitor, and report changes in condition
• document observations
• assist with hygiene and personal care, mobility, vital signs, meals, range-of-motion exercises, housekeeping, bed-making, and laundry
• follow safety precautions
• respond to calls for assistance
• report incidents and suspected abuse
• attend training, meetings, and care conferences.
