The Family Medicine Physician role is onsite in Westport, CT, with additional listed sites in Darien and New Canaan, CT. The base salary range is $273,500–$327,000 per year; additional pay may be determined for candidates exceeding the stated qualifications. One Medical provides primary care through in-office and virtual services, preventive and chronic care, and other programs. The physician manages a broad patient panel, provides acute, chronic, and well visits, and delivers care in the office, testing centers, and occasionally by telehealth. The role also supports coordinated care through collaboration with clinical teammates, participation in weekly Clinical Rounds, in-office procedures within the clinician’s training, and supervision of one or more nurse practitioner or physician assistant colleagues.

What you'll do

• Manage a patient panel and conduct acute, chronic, and well visits
• treat patients in-office or in testing centers and conduct occasional telehealth visits
• collaborate with in-office and virtual clinical teams
• participate in weekly Clinical Rounds
• perform in-office procedures within clinical training
• supervise one or more NP or PA colleagues
• obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for virtual primary care in additional states.
