What you'll do

• Answer and route telephone calls
• greet and check in patients and notify staff of arrivals
• greet visitors and hospital staff
• schedule and register patients for hyperbaric oxygen therapy or wound care
• perform data entry, copying, scanning, and filing
• sort and deliver mail
• maintain reception and waiting areas
• assist with transportation schedules, billing, coding, and insurance authorizations as needed
• order office supplies
• safeguard patient information under HIPAA.
