What you'll do

• Oversee daily HR operations and compliance

• administer compensation, benefits, and performance appraisal systems
• coordinate J-1 visa applications
• track HR trends and maintain accurate records
• establish training programs
• support performance improvement and termination recommendations
• process payroll for all locations.
