What you'll do

• Prepare and serve meals according to established dietary guidelines
• assist with food preparation, portioning, and meal assembly
• stock supplies
• organize kitchen and dining areas
• wash dishes and clean equipment and work areas
• follow food-safety, sanitation, state, and federal regulations and facility procedures
• collaborate with the dietary team.
