What you'll do

• Provide individual and small-group social-emotional and behavioral support
• conduct assessments and contribute to evaluations and educational planning within social work scope
• implement interventions and IEP services
• monitor progress and maintain documentation
• participate in IEP and student-support meetings
• support behavior intervention plans as appropriate
• provide crisis intervention, risk assessment, and referrals
• collaborate with school teams and families
• connect students and families with school, community, and social-service resources
• maintain confidential records.
