Accounts Payable Specialist

What you'll do

• Process high-volume accounts payable invoices
• manage check runs and scheduled disbursements
• resolve vendor inquiries
• reconcile accounts payable, expenses, and liabilities
• support sales tax reporting and compliance filings
• reconcile invoices against goods-received-not-invoiced records
• coordinate with purchasing and procurement on purchase-order and invoice discrepancies
• assist with audit preparation and documentation.
