The role coordinates life enrichment, resident and family communication, and nonclinical support in partnership with the Director of Resident Care.

What you'll do

• Supervise and direct Memory Care associates
• maintain life enrichment programs and safe, supportive environments
• interview residents and families before admission and participate in Person Centered Care reviews
• partner to ensure residents’ non-licensed ADL needs are met
• train associates on dining experiences
• respond to concerns
• document programs
• oversee the Family Partnership volunteer program
• ensure resident rounds
• assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges
• report changes in resident condition and accidents
• communicate emergency and safety procedures.
