The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / ABA Therapist role is onsite in a client’s home in Phoenix, AZ, Monday through Thursday from 5:00 to 8:00 PM. Pay is $21–$26 per hour based on experience. BehaviorCare Therapy provides home-based ABA services to children and families. The therapist provides one-to-one, play-based support to help a child with autism build daily living skills, communication, independence, and confidence. The role follows BCBA-designed treatment plans, records session progress, coordinates with the BCBA and other technicians, and shares session feedback with the family.

What you'll do

• Provide one-to-one play-based ABA therapy in a child’s home
