Commodity Manager, Strategic Sourcing

What you'll do

• Own category strategies for energetics, composites, and plastics
• develop, qualify, negotiate with, and manage suppliers
• lead negotiations and cost analyses
• assess supplier capacity, financial and operational health, lead times, availability, and obsolescence
• establish continuity plans
• drive supplier performance and corrective action
• partner with engineering, quality, operations, program management, finance, and contracts
• ensure sourcing compliance with applicable requirements
• provide data-driven recommendations
• identify supplier innovation and process-improvement opportunities.
