What you'll do
- Assign employees to workstations
- coach and train packaging-line personnel
- coordinate packaging operations and food-safety practices
- support GMP, HACCP, Food Defense, and BRC programs and audits
- oversee proofer and oven operations
- monitor sorting, bagging, metal detection, and tray packing
- coordinate changeovers
- maintain documentation and reports
- inspect equipment and coordinate repairs
- identify operational improvements.
