Contracts Associate, Legal Department

What you'll do

• Draft, review, and negotiate agreements using approved templates
• track contracts through execution using contract lifecycle management systems
• research supplier agreements
• coordinate with Legal, Procurement, internal stakeholders, and vendors
• ensure compliance with contracting policies
• identify issues and escalate complex matters to legal counsel
• maintain contract records and documentation
• support process improvements and Legal Department initiatives.
