Vice President, Event Management

Job overview

The role leads event strategy and execution to strengthen firm culture, deepen client relationships, and elevate the brand. It coordinates internal and external experiences with marketing, executive leadership, cross-functional teams, and external partners as the firm grows.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute an annual internal and external events calendar
• partner with Marketing and the Chief Revenue Officer on client events
• lead planning and execution of internal events
• manage venues, vendors, contracts, budgets, and onsite execution
• maintain brand standards
• evaluate event performance, feedback, and return on investment
• create event procedures, approval workflows, and communication protocols
• support other Marketing initiatives as needed.
