Customer Support Services (CSST) Intern

What you'll do

• Assist with scheduling and completing service requests
• maintain service activity and customer interaction records
• learn and support BuildOps workflows
• respond to operational needs and troubleshoot workflow issues
• analyze processes for inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
• help create and revise standard operating procedures
• gather process information from team members
• and review documentation for accuracy and consistency.
